A sculptural Masterpiece!
 
The 350 William Street tower is a composition of undulating shading and screening elements which form an elegant and articulated surface, shading the building from the west sun and allowing the balcony spaces beyond to breathe. The building form is composed of a podium element which addresses the scale of the street, and a tower form above which is intended as a sculptural element in the city skyline.

The podium element includes vertical garden of suspended foliage. The tower form rises above as a rippling and undulating skin of screens, flanked by profiled blade walls.

The screen has been designed to provide spectacular views both to the west over Flagstaff Gardens, Docklands and the bay beyond, and to the east over the city.
 
ART ON THE PARK is perfectly positioned on the highest point in the city. This convenient and elevated site has the advantage not only of convenience but it will also offer its residents magnificent views across Melbourne.
 
The Art of Living!
With a visual connection to the Flagstaff Gardens across the road, HASSELL has designed the ground floor entry interior of the Art on the Park development to embrace its residential flavour; that this building is a place to live. Bespoke timber veneer joinery units and generous lounge furniture, denote the entry lounge as a welcome entry amidst a vibrant city context. Be it the stone flooring or open fireplace, the interiors reflect a commitment to a benchmark quality more consistent to a boutique project. The design is an elegant response to a sophisticated new urban lifestyle.
